Xenia Recruitment are recruiting for experienced kitchen porters for a wide range of events across Newcastle and the North East.

Your main duties will include:

• Maintaining high levels of cleanliness and tidiness throughout the kitchen
• Washing and drying all pots, pans, crockery and cutlery
• Assisting the chefs with basic food prep
• Sweeping & mopping of the floors
• Adhering to all health and safety guidelines

Working with Xenia you will have the opportunity to work at some of the regions top venues, bars, restaurants and hotels. No two shifts will be the same and you have the complete flexibility to pick and choose when and where you work. ft.

You must be able to provide proof of right to work in the UK (passport, birth certificate, work permit).

What you will need:

• Previous kitchen porter experience

• To be able to take direction from chefs and supervisors

• Ability to adapt and jump right in in at a variety of different venues

• Your own transport, or have access to public transport

• To be over 18
