Chef

Xenia Recruitment are recruiting on behalf of a fantastic client for a chef/ cook for a new cafe opening in the Otterburn area. The establishment with be serving a range of food offerings including burgers, sandwiches and a Sunday Carvery.

You will be working as part of a small team with responsibilities including:

  • Preparation and cooking of all dishes on the menu - you will be the only chef

  • Adhering to all health and safety, food hygiene and allergen regulations

  • Ordering of stock

  • Liaising and working well with management and the FOH team to ensure a smooth and efficient service

  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment

Shifts will be 07:00-15:00, Tuesday-Sunday every week. NO EVENINGS!!

Salary - starting at £15/hour but negotiable for the right candidates

This is a great opportunity to grow with an ambitious company, with lots of future plans in the works too!

We are ideally looking to interview for these roles on Monday 27th April and you must be able to make your own way to and from the Otterburn area.
